Molumong Lodge is the first in the group of leisure resorts and accommodation facilities in the NHA Properties portfolio. As such, it holds a special place within NHA Properties!

Nonyana Hoohlo & Associates has been engaged by Millennium Challenge Account Lesotho (MCA-L) on a number of assignments, including Environmental, Social, Health and Safety (ESHS) Audit; Establishment of a web-based ESHS database, and, Resettlement Audit for all MCC funded infrastructure projects in Lesotho.
In all of the above assignments, the NHA team showed a high level of professionalism, sticking to the timelines and submitting quality documents. I therefore recommend their engagement in any similar or related assignments.
NHA was able in consolidating reports and coordinating meetings, as well as responses to our comments/queries as the Client. Usually their reports were presented well such that even where there were comments, they were responded to and/or integrated timely thus enabling the Consultant to meet deadlines.

Meet the team
Nozipho Nonyana
I am one of the Founders and the Chief Inspiration Officer at NHA Group. My training is in Environmental Management and I have been involved in a number of Social Impact Assessments for Eskom for construction of sub-stations and power lines in South Africa. I have also served in project management for baseline studies under Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. My main areas of expertise lie in environmental management, social studies, training, and stakeholder engagement at all levels. I believe all of us have an immense power within us. And so, I get up every morning to uplift and inspire others to unleash their greatness so that they, in turn may inspire those around them.
Duduzile Hoohlo
I am the Administration Director for the NHA Group and oversee the back off house operations of the company. I work closely with project managers on various projects to monitor the budgets and progress and give support as needed. I am also responsible for making sure the company gives back to the community through various CSI initiatives as well as promoting and marketing the company. I am a Hotelier and Marketer by profession with a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Development.
Makarabo Mokolokolo
I am a Research Associate at NHA Consulting. I hold a Degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the National University of Lesotho and I am currently pursuing Honours Degree in Sociology at the University of Free State. I have vast experience in research work. My main area of expertise is in Project administration, coordination and social studies. It is through this that I provide immense contribution in the implementation of on-going project activities, providing detailed reports to all clients’ requirements and liaise with partners or engagement with stakeholders at community level. I am a very determined and proactive person with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ramoubane Mokhubu
I am an environmental and social research associate at NHA Consulting. I am also an environmental auditor and my duties include undertaking the Environmental Impact Assessments, developing environmental Project Briefs, Environmental Scoping and Stakeholder Engagements. I have worked on various projects such as sand stone mining, diamond prospecting, aquaculture farming, and infrastructure development in various parts of Lesotho, which needed environmental clearance. I have also been involved in various projects of the LHWP Phase II Baselines and projects as the Field Coordinator, and Community Liaison officer. Furthermore, I have undertaken several social research studies and assignments.
Alice Makhooane
I work as NHA Group Administrator and my role includes providing support to the whole operations of the company. I have worked as a project administrator for a number of projects including the MCA-Lesotho’s land interventions and Public Health Baseline Study of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project and as the field coordinator for the World Bank study on public expenditure and tracking system. I am a tourism practitioner with interest in the evaluation of environmental sustainability of various events through research. I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Tourism Management at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
